OUR STORY
I didn’t take the traditional path. I dropped out of college without a clear idea of what I wanted to do—but I knew deep down I was called to build something that would last. I was fascinated by companies like Procter & Gamble and Nestlé, not for their size, but because they quietly owned so many of the brands we all grew up with. I knew I wanted to build a holding company like that—something quiet, foundational, and generational.

In 2019, I became a business broker and began helping others sell their businesses. I closed my first deal at 21 and eventually bought my first company. Since then, I’ve advised dozens of founders on their exits and worked closely with entrepreneurs navigating major transitions. Today, through our firm Good Merger, we advise 6-, 7-, and 8-figure holding companies on growing through acquisitions and building long-term value.
